If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns (Returns Eligibility)
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
Products can be returned only under the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered.
Product received in damaged condition (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Product found to be defective on arrival (DOA) as certified by Company (OEM) authorized service.
Conditions for Return
The product must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice intact.
Return or replacement is only applicable if the Brand issues a DOA certificate or if the part is unavailable for repair/replacement. Otherwise, it may not be applicable.
Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours as specified above.
In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
Products that are physically damaged after delivery, mishandled, or used improperly will not be eligible for return.
If Product has been used by the customer.
If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by company at its sole discretion.
Products purchased under special schemes, employee programs, or clearance sales.
Return/Replacement is not applicable for correct products delivered, choice-based, or quality-related issues.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
